Here's to Your Success...

Dear Vasayo Family,

As I reflect on the last 33 years of my life since I was first introduced to direct selling and chose to make it my career, I am full of so much gratitude and emotion. Who would have ever guessed that a boy from Idaho, one of 10 children who barely graduated from high school would be able to experience the life I’ve experienced?

Over the years, I’ve been privileged to help create global communities, to pay out billions of dollars in commissions, to provide food and educational opportunities for the children in the favelas of Brazil, to drill fresh-water wells for children in Africa, to see lives improve through world-class products, to see the gratitude on a mother’s face for the extra income she created for her family through direct selling…and so much more. It has been the ride of a lifetime, so far. Many of these life experiences I created in my mind in the potato fields of Idaho when I started dreaming of the life I wanted to live. So, my friends, keep dreaming and make those dreams extraordinarily large for all things are possible to those who believe!

As we wind down Vasayo and look forward with great anticipation and expectation toward this new beginning, I want to thank each of you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to be on this six-year journey with you. As I contemplated the prospect of this new company, I came to the determination that after working side by side with Daniel Picou over these last six-plus years, he is fully prepared to lead this new company in an exceptional manner. Even though we come from such different backgrounds, where we intersect is in our love for people and our drive to win and see others win. Daniel Picou was born for a time such as this. His entire life has prepared him to lead this new company to a place few, if any, have ever been. So, yes, the torch is passing, and I do so with great confidence and peace of mind in my belief that once again, I have done my best to put each of you in a position to win.

Am I retiring? No. I’m planning on hiking Mount Kilimanjaro in June of this year, and I am probably in the best shape of my life. I’m making this decision not because I’m in my sixties but because I believe it’s the right thing to do and for all the right reasons. Going forward, I will remain close with Daniel, advising him on important matters when he chooses to seek my counsel. I’m taking a step back to provide a different perspective and to do all I can to assist Daniel in this new and crucial responsibility he has accepted.

As with everything in life, you get what you look for and what you focus on is what you will manifest. I absolutely believe that this new venture has all the elements necessary to become the next multi-billion-dollar company. It’s got world-class science, an exceptional corporate leadership team, extraordinary products, field leadership, and Scientific Advisory Board, and so much more. Your future is as bright as you choose it to be!

I started Vasayo with the desire to bless millions of lives. Even though the Vasayo chapter is ending and a new company is about to be born, the goal of blessing millions remains the same and the legacy we began to create will flourish. I see one thousand water wells in Africa; I see thousands of Diamonds globally; I see mortgages being paid off; I see hope, prosperity, and restoration. I see a bright tomorrow, and I see this new company being a light for the world. And, yes, I see millions of lives being blessed and I’m grateful to continue playing a small role in that story, albeit from a different seat on the bus.

Thank you to each one of you for your support over the years. I look forward to seeing you in the future whether it’s on a mountain in Africa or supporting you from afar as you scale the mountains in your own life.

With Love & Gratitude,
Dallin A. Larsen
