Helping you with reputation management

At BBB, we are continually striving to create new products and share valuable information that will help our Accredited Businesses thrive. That is why we have implemented the BBB Business Help Center, a set of tools and resources for Accredited Businesses with 25 or fewer employees. Often, small businesses do not have the time or resources to manage their online reputation, and BBB is here to help. Here are a few things to expect from the Business Help Center.

Online Profile Monitor. This tool checks popular online platforms to ensure that the information on BBB.org matches that on Google, Facebook and Yelp. If it does not match, the monitor will help businesses identify the mismatch and tell them how to fix it.

Broken Links. Broken links can be challenging to find and create a bad impression to prospective customers. This monitor pings the links on your website, identifies those that are not working and guides businesses to make the necessary changes.

Keyword Rankings. This monitor informs businesses how well its keywords are performing in search engines. For example, during a heatwave, HVAC companies' keywords are likely to perform better than they do when temperatures outside are cold.

Spell Check Monitor. This is just what you’d guess. It scans web content to identify possible misspellings on a website. It saves businesses time and gives them the opportunity to fix the issue.

These are just a handful of examples of what BBB has planned for Accredited Businesses. Check your inbox for these helpful tools, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact your customer engagement specialist.
