The Better Business Bureau is best known for helping identify and support trustworthy businesses, and helping consumers resolve complaints. But your BBB has so much more to offer, and most of it is provided free of charge. And most of it is provided free of charge. I Didn’t Know You Did That gives members of the community and business and nonprofit leaders a better understanding of what the Better Business Bureau does, and how we serve the community. At some point in the presentation you are sure to think “I didn’t know you did that.” This presentation is intended for any group looking to learn more about the Better Business Bureau and how the organization can help businesses, nonprofits and consumers.
