Learn How to Tell Everyone You're BBB Accredited!

Consumers everywhere understand that any business that carries the BBB Accreditation Seal is a trustworthy business, with a proven track record of ethical business practices. Don't just tell consumers you are trustworthy. Show them by proudly displaying the Seal on every consumer touch point!

Some of these touch points include your website, business cards, social media accounts, email signature, digital advertisements, company vehicles, uniforms and more. There are several versions of the BBB Accreditation Seal (digital and printed) available to Accredited Businesses through their Accredited Business Login. Check them out below.

1. Attach the Dynamic Seal to your website.

The Dynamic Seal is a clickable version of the Seal that links directly to your BBB Business Profile. Accredited Businesses can get the Dynamic Seal for your website by logging in to your Accredited Business portal located on bbb.org, or by talking to your customer engagement specialist.

Once you have the Dynamic Seal, place it in the header or footer on your website to make sure it displays on every page. If you host your own site, work with your site administrator to add the Seal. If you use a website service like Weebly, Squarespace, or WordPress, upload it using the built-in design tool. Here is a link to a video with more details.

2. Put the Seal on your social media pages.

You can attach your BBB Accreditation Seal to almost any one of your social networks using simple design tools like Pixelmator, Canva or Photoshop. It's best to add it to your cover photo, so consumers or prospects see it every time they visit your page. (Tip: Canva is a user-friendly design tool for beginners and non-designers that includes several social media templates along with a cover page for most platforms.)

3. Add the BBB Seal to your direct mail.

Do you ever send postcards to customers or prospects? Give your direct mail conversion a boost by including the Seal on your designs.

4. Put the BBB Seal in your brochures, sales literature and invoices.

Adding the BBB Seal to your printed sales assets (business cards, invoices, letters, sales sheets and brochures) reminds your clients, customers, prospects, and business partners what you stand for as a BBB Accredited Business.

5. Place the BBB Seal on your company vehicles.

BBB Accredited Business vehicle magnets are high-strength magnetic car or truck decals to promote your BBB Accreditation on the go. Decals are 6.5 by 10 inches and come in BBB blue with a white background. BBB vehicle magnets are the only authorized way to display the BBB logo on vehicles; painted logos are not permitted. Accredited Businesses can order from us.

6. Use the BBB Seal on your place of business and outdoor advertising.

Do you do outdoor advertising or have a physical location for your business? Use these additional opportunities to show that you are BBB Accredited!
